vly has embarked on a mission to accelerate the transition from animal to plant proteins, starting with a plant-based milk made from yellow split protein. Not only does it foam well in cappuccinos, it is also healthier (higher protein/ lower sugar) and more sustainable than the existing plant-based offer with a very clean label! The team intends to build an alternative dairy platform of everyday product lines: they just launched a chocolate drink and are working on a quark alternative.
