Barkyn offers a personalized pet food subscription service combined with a tele-vet service via chat, video or voice. The food offer consists of 15+ kibble recipes that can be combined and personalized according to each dog’s size, age, preferences and allergies.


The company developed in-house a mobile application to connect dog owners to the network of Barkyn vets available on 24/7 via voice, video or chat, as a way to increase the benefit level of the subscription, foster loyalty and increase cohort retention.


The technology behind the vet service has also been developed internally and improved by the team over the past three years. The community of 20 vets already handled more than 100k questions and consultations so far creating an interesting and potentially valuable data set.
